Reaching out is the hardest stepIf you have a question, or you’re ready to schedule — for yourself, your child, or your family — send me a note. Messages come directly to me.
What happens after you reach out
- Tell me a little about what brings you here — a sentence or two is plenty.
- I’ll reply to talk through whether counseling with me is the right fit, and answer any questions about how I work.
- If it is a good fit, we’ll find a time that works and I’ll walk you through what to expect at a first session.
- If someone else would serve you better, I’ll say so and help point you toward them.
Service area: Tennessee.
Email isn’t a private channel. Please don’t include personal clinical
details in a first message — we can talk those through together once we connect.
In an emergency, don’t use email or this phone number. Neither is
monitored around the clock. If you are in immediate danger, call
911. If you are in crisis, call or text 988.

This is a Google Voice number, so calls and text messages both reach me.
